HOW TO CONTROL HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
WITHOUT MEDICATION

Losing  just 5kgs can help reduce blood pressure.

Exercise regularly

Eat a varied and healthy diet.      -      a diet rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables
                                                     -      Boost your potassium intake.  Potassium can leesen the effects
                                                            of sodium on blood pressure. 
                                                     -      Reduce sodium intake.  Black salt can help in this respect.
                                                                            use herbs or spices to add flavour to your foods.  
                                                     -      Dont eat processed foods
                                                     -      Read food labels
                                                           
Reduce / Eliminate alcohol intake.
